Once the funds are in your internal account, you can order a server of your choice without the support of an admin. With our fully customized and easy to use control panel you can completely manage all aspects of your server yourself.
Pay either by international bank transfer IBAN or by PayPal or by Phone. When you pay by IBAN, this information can be obtained
by login to GFM and choose from there "Payments".
GFM will not sponsor free servers for clans, so please do not ask as we will reject. You can use the referral method below to
earn free credits for servers.
1) You can get your referral code from Account Center (Abbrevation: "AC")
2) When another GFM user enters your referral code in the input box on the "Confirm order" page, you will get 20% commission in GFM credits.
Rules:
A) You cannot use this to your own advantage by having multiple accounts and referring yourself.
B) Each user can only have one referrer, once a referrer code is input, it is permanent.
C) The minimum subscription price for referral commissions to count is 19.50
Referral bonuses will be paid in GFM credits on the 1st day of each month.

Question: Why EAC is not taking any screenshot and/or is not kicking any
players out who join without one?
Answer: First check that are you getting kicked when you go to your server
without EAC. If you are not getting kicked within one minute once you have
joined on your server, do the following:
1) Go to your Control Panel and click the "Take all Anticheats off" button.
2) Activate EAC
Note! If you change your server rcon password from "Edit server.cfg", you
need to repeat above process each time.
Common
The Control Panel is very fast to complete each task assigned to it,
however you must wait until the "Wait unit this message disappears..."
message disappears before you can assign another task. Failure to do so
may result in errors on your server or being completely locked out of your
control panel. It is recommended that only one person uses the control
panel at a time to avoid any of these problems.
Map upload (CS/CS:S/L4D/L4D2 servers)
1) Make a Zip file, either with Winrar or with WinZip. Remember pack it
with normal compression.
2) Select the proper file and start upload, immediately after upload is
complete, your map will be moved to the server.
Note: Uploaded maps cannot contain custom sounds, sprites or any similar.
GameFrame staff does not remove client uploaded maps from the server
unless these maps are causing any problems to server functionality. Newly
uploaded maps will overwrite any existing maps with the same name on the
server.
If something is not working up to your standards, open a support ticket and always include:
1) Game server ip and port
2) The clearest description of your problem as possible along with the error message you are getting.
Note: Only the server owner or authorized users should report any server
problems, and should only report them once. Having multiple people
addressing a problem will not get your server fixed faster. All servers
are serviced in the order in which they are received.
Error verifying STEAM UserID ticket
Some users have reported encountering this message after their Steam account has been hijacked or stolen by another user. This
message may be displayed if another user has logged in to your account while you are in a game.
If your password is not rejected upon login and you still receiving this error message, the issue can most likely be resolved by
restarting Steam.
If restarting Steam does not resolve the issue, please exit Steam and delete the following files from your Steam directory:
* Steam.dll
* SteamUI.dll
* ClientRegistry.Blob
By default, the files may be found at C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\ or C:\Program Files\Steam\ (the location on your machine will
vary if you specified a different installation folder, or if you have moved your Steam installation).

All screenshots will be saved for (120) days and all demos for (180) days. We recommend you to backup your important screenshots and demos immediately!
